DevPorts is provided by SplitLabs OÜ, registry code 16668007, registered at Männimäe/1, Pudisoo küla, Kuusalu vald, Harju maakond, 74626, Estonia (Estonian e-Business Register). Checkout runs on Stripe Managed Payments and shows “Sold through Link”: Link is the seller of record for the payment and sends your receipt. SplitLabs OÜ supplies the app, the download, updates, and support. For anything about your order, email hello@devports.xyz.

A license to DevPorts, a macOS menu bar app that lists the dev servers and background dev processes running on your Mac and stops the ones you choose. The current version is 0.3.5. It needs macOS 14 or later and runs natively on Apple silicon and Intel Macs.

The price is a one-time payment. There is no subscription and no account. Checkout shows the final amount before you pay. The current build is not notarized by Apple yet, so macOS asks you to confirm the first launch in System Settings; the download page explains how.

Right after payment you get a download page, and we email the same link to the address you used at checkout. The link checks your purchase each time it is used. If you lose it, request it again. If the download doesn't work, email hello@devports.xyz and we will fix it or refund you. Download access ends when an order is refunded, reversed, or disputed.

Your license lets one person use DevPorts on every Mac they personally use, for personal or work projects. You may not resell, share, or redistribute the app or your download link, and the link must not be published. Anyone holding the link can download, so keep it private.

Every future version of DevPorts is included at no extra cost. Your download link always serves the newest version, and we email you when a new version ships. Each update email has a one-click unsubscribe; unsubscribing never affects your download. We may stop developing DevPorts one day; the version you have keeps working, and updates required by law for conformity or security are not limited by this.

You can get a full refund within 14 days of purchase for any reason. Email hello@devports.xyz from the address you bought with, or include your receipt number. This covers the statutory right of withdrawal that consumers in the EU have; we do not ask you to give that right up at checkout.

You may use this model text: “I withdraw from my contract for DevPorts, ordered on [date], receipt [number]. Name: [name]. Date: [date].” Refunds go back to the original payment method through Link. Separately from this, you keep your legal remedies if the app doesn't work as described.

DevPorts only stops a process when you click Stop, Stop all, or Restart and confirm. Stopping a process ends it: unsaved state in that process, such as an in-memory database or a running job, is lost. DevPorts refuses to stop coding agents, editors, terminals, and apps, but you remain responsible for what you choose to stop. To the extent the law allows, DevPorts is provided as is, and SplitLabs OÜ is not liable for indirect losses from stopping a process you selected. Nothing in these terms limits rights you have under mandatory consumer law.

Send complaints to hello@devports.xyz with your receipt number, the problem, and what you would like us to do. We aim to reply within two business days. If we can't resolve a consumer dispute, you may contact the Estonian Consumer Disputes Committee through the Consumer Protection and Technical Regulatory Authority. Estonian law applies, without removing protections given to you by the law of the country where you live.
