The app collects nothing and sends nothing to us. It reads process information on your Mac to show your dev servers, and its only network requests fetch favicons from your own servers on localhost. It has no analytics, no account, and no license check.

We count visits with DataFast in cookieless mode, without cookies or a persistent identifier. DataFast receives the page address, referrer, browser type, and approximate country. It does not load on the download page, whose address is your purchase link, or on the unsubscribe page. Vercel hosts the site and keeps short-lived request logs (IP address, user agent, requested page) for operation and security. Our firewall rate-limits purchase, download, and link-recovery requests per IP address. These use our legitimate interest in running a secure site and understanding its traffic.

Stripe and Link run checkout and process your name, email, billing details, payment method, tax, receipt, refunds, and disputes under their own privacy notices; we never see your card number. We run no customer database. To deliver the app, the website looks up your checkout with Stripe each time your download link is used, to confirm the purchase is paid and not refunded. This is needed to perform the contract.

Resend sends the email with your download link to your checkout address, and emails about new DevPorts versions. Update emails serve the contract (updates are part of what you bought) and our legitimate interest in keeping buyers on a working version. Each one has a one-click unsubscribe, saved as a flag on your payment record at Stripe; it applies to every purchase made with that address. Unsubscribing never affects receipts or your download.

When you ask for your link again, we send the address you enter to Stripe to look up a purchase and don't store it ourselves; Stripe's API logs record the lookup. Messages you send to hello@devports.xyz are received through Resend and kept only as long as needed to handle your request.

We share data only with the providers named above: Stripe and Link (payments), Resend (email), Vercel (hosting), and DataFast (visit counts). Providers outside the European Economic Area process data under their data processing agreements, using the EU-U.S. Data Privacy Framework where they are certified and EU Standard Contractual Clauses otherwise. We do not sell personal data.

Purchase records stay with Stripe and Link for as long as payment, tax, and accounting rules require. Email delivery logs stay in Resend under its retention settings. Vercel request logs are kept for a short period. Nothing else is stored by us.

You can ask for access to, correction of, or deletion of your data, object to processing based on legitimate interest, and ask for restriction or a portable copy, by emailing hello@devports.xyz. You can also complain to the Estonian Data Protection Inspectorate (Andmekaitse Inspektsioon) or the data protection authority where you live.
